Help Desk Support Specialist:
Reporting to the Director of Technology, the Help Desk Support Specialist is responsible for helping students, faculty and staff use technology effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include installing and configuring computing hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.), software, A/V equipment; troubleshooting and correcting problems that our community members encounter when using technology; training our community in the effective use of the technologies we provide; updating the status of trouble tickets in our help desk system; and keeping accurate records of technology inventory.
