Admissions Overview

Mater Dei Prep is a private, Catholic high school combining a challenging college preparatory curriculum with an inclusive spirit and family environment. A spirit of fellowship and discovery defines the school. We offer talented and motivated students from more than five counties, two states and three countries the opportunity to reach their full academic, social and leadership potential. Mater Dei Prep students achieve success in a wide array of endeavors—from academics to athletics, performing and visual arts, and leadership and social justice.

Located in Middletown, New Jersey, approximately 45 minutes south of New York City, Mater Dei Prep sits on a 32-acre campus in eastern Monmouth County. Our proximity to diverse neighborhoods, colleges and universities, museums and theaters offers Mater Dei Prep’s seasoned faculty an unparalleled opportunity to extend the Prep classroom far beyond our campus boundaries. Our students become active learners both in and outside the classroom.

We encourage you and your family to visit Mater Dei Prep and experience all we have to offer first-hand. Open Houses, private tours and shadow visits are offered throughout the school year. Please contact the Admissions Office at 732-671-9100 ext. 117 or click here to fill out an inquiry form and we will follow up with you.
