The Mater Dei Fund:
The Mater Dei Fund, our Annual Giving Campaign, is Mater Dei’s most essential fundraising effort and involves the entire Mater Dei Prep community – parents, alumni, faculty and staff and friends. Annual Giving creates critical budget enhancing revenue supporting the people and programs that make Mater Dei exceptional: support for talented students, faculty, financial aid, technology, and enriching arts and athletic programs. The funds raised through our Annual Fund appeal and our Named Scholar Program, help us make a Mater Dei Prep education affordable to the most qualified candidates through need-based financial aid support.
We hope that you identify Annual Giving to the Mater Dei Fund as one of your top philanthropic priorities this year, recognizing the significant impact of your contribution. By joining the “culture of philanthropy” at Mater Dei Prep, you help raise much needed funds for use in the current school year. We encourage you to consider a gift at the Leadership Level (Seraph Society) of $1,000 or more, if you are able.
Participation in giving at any level is among the most tangible way you can express your support for Mater Dei Prep.  Every gift counts! Every gift matters! So please, Partner with Prep and make a difference today!

Named Scholar Program:
Our Named Scholars are students from a wide variety of backgrounds who will benefit from the transformative learning experience we offer. With adequately funded financial resources, we can deliver to these diverse, talented, and motivated students the education they deserve. In turn, these students contribute to the fabric of our entire community, and use their Mater Dei Prep education as a foundation for an extraordinary future.

Capital Projects:
Capital projects enhance the educational experience by modernizing our facilities. We incorporate environmental sustainability into all our initiatives with the goal of reducing our carbon footprint while improving our buildings, classrooms, science labs, performance spaces and athletic facilities. We strive to provide state-of-the-art equipment and the most effective physical space to help our students learn and grow.

Your investment in the Mater Dei Prep Endowment provides crucial flexibility for long-term planning and fiscal health. Mater Dei Prep's Endowment consists of prudently managed funds that are used for additional income, as needed.

A Message From The Advancement Office

The Development team is dedicated to building meaningful and lifelong relationships with the Mater Dei Prep community through alumni and parent engagement.

As we move forward on this journey, we intend to keep you informed and involved in our planning for the future. Our events create opportunities for you to be involved as participants, volunteers, and ambassadors for Mater Dei Prep. We encourage you to share your time, talent, and interests in support of our great school.

The Development team is also charged with securing the resources necessary to support and enhance outstanding teaching, programming, and facilities. Your generous participation in all our events ensures we raise the funds necessary to maintain a viable future, and offer the very best academic and co-curricular programs for our worthy students.

We have just begun to navigate our way as an independent Catholic school. The one thing all great independent schools in America have in common is a strong culture of philanthropy and volunteer service. Through our combined generosity of spirit and resources we will strengthen and sustain our school, our students, and our community.

Go Seraphs! Go Mater Dei Prep!
